Terms and Conditions of Service
EliteShine Cleaning Services

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of cleaning services by EliteShine Cleaning Services (“Company”). By scheduling and/or accepting services, the client (“Client”) agrees to be bound by the terms set forth below.
1. Estimates and Scope of Work
- 1.1 All estimates are based on the information provided by the Client at the time of booking.
- 1.2 The Company reserves the right to adjust the quoted price if the actual condition of the property materially differs from the description provided.
- 1.3 Any additional services requested at the time of service may result in additional charges.
2. Payment Terms
- 2.1 Payment is due immediately upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- 2.2 If the homeowner or responsible party will not be present at the time services are rendered, a non-refundable deposit equal to fifty percent (50%) of the total service amount is required in advance to confirm the appointment.
- 2.3 The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the service.
3. Processing Fees
- 3.1 Payments made via methods that incur transaction or processing fees, including but not limited to credit cards, debit cards, or digital payment platforms, shall be subject to an additional five percent (5%) fee calculated on the total service amount.
- 3.2 Payments made via Zelle or cash are not subject to additional processing fees.
4. Cancellation Policy
- 4.1 Cancellations made less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled service time, without just cause, will result in a cancellation fee equal to fifty percent (50%) of the total service amount.
- 4.2 This fee is assessed due to scheduling commitments, reserved time slots, and operational costs.
5. Access to Property
- 5.1 The Client is responsible for ensuring lawful and timely access to the property at the scheduled service time.
- 5.2 If the Company is unable to access the property upon arrival, a fee equal to fifty percent (50%) of the total service amount may be charged.
6. Limitation of Liability
- 6.1 The Company shall exercise reasonable care in the performance of its services.
- 6.2 The Company shall not be liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damages resulting from faulty installation, improper maintenance, or unstable items.
- 6.3 Any concerns must be reported within twenty-four (24) hours of service completion.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By booking, scheduling, or allowing services to be performed, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
